Occasionally, for reasons beyond the responsibility of www.zesta.gr, a product that appears as available on the website may ultimately be unavailable or not deliverable within the estimated delivery time indicated on www.zesta.gr. In order to ensure that you are fully informed about the status of the order that you placed and protected against such cases, please read the detailed description below regarding the procedures for submitting and completing orders.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3a. We\u2019ll get back to you shortly to confirm your order or to request any missing information. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3b. Order by phone <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To place an order by phone, please call (+30) 2810 241241 to specify the products and quantities you wish to order, your preferred shipping and payment method, and your billing details<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3c. Order through the online store www.zesta.gr<br\/><br\/> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On www.zesta.gr, you may submit an order request without registering as a user, by proceeding as a guest. However, www.zesta.gr strongly recommends that you register as a user prior to placing your first order request, in order to be served in a smoother and more efficient way. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select the products you wish to purchase from the online store, add them to your shopping cart, and complete the purchase by filling in the electronic form with the required information, following the simple procedure automatically provided by the online store platform. After submitting your order, you will receive an email containing the details of your order request that our company is going to receive. Each time you submit an order request on www.zesta.gr, you must have previously accepted these Terms of Use, which govern all transactions between us in their entirety. Your order requests are received by www.zesta.gr and are explicitly subject to a thorough availability check of the products included in the order request, since, at this stage, the processing of your request by www.zesta.gr has not yet commenced.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, please note that www.zesta.gr follows a strict personal data protection policy. Processing of Order Requests<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At this stage, www.zesta.gr thoroughly verifies the availability of all products listed in the order request and informs you of the delivery time, thereby confirming the order. Subsequently, the shipment of the products is carried out in accordance with the delivery schedule of the partner courier company.<br\/>In case that one or more items that you have ordered is\/are unavailable, or if an item appears in our online store with the status &#8220;Pre-Order&#8221;, www.zesta.gr will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery time. Such communication may be conducted via e-mail or telephone.<br\/>Should it not be possible, for any reason, to reach you through either of the above methods within 10 days from the submission of your order request, your order will be automatically cancelled, and you will need to submit a new order request.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Product Delivery \u2013 Shipping Methods<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the confirmation of your order is received, www.zesta.gr will simultaneously inform you of the estimated delivery time for the products you have selected, which depends on the availability of the ordered products and the delivery location you have chosen. In case payment was made using a credit card, your personal presence is required upon receipt of your order, showing your credit card and identification documents to the delivery personnel. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">www.zesta.gr shall not be held liable for any delays caused by force majeure or events beyond its control. Indicatively and not exhaustively, the company shall not be liable for delivery delays resulting from customs clearance, delays at intermediate loading\/unloading points, sailing prohibitions, strikes of transport services, or other types of strikes affecting the delivery of products from our suppliers to our company\u2019s warehouses, etc.<br\/>In any case of delay, the company will make every reasonable effort to contact you using the information you have provided, in order to inform you and arrange either a new delivery or the delivery of an alternative product.<br\/>Although the company takes all possible measures to ensure that you are informed about the lack of availability of a product, there is a possibility that an unexpected shortage or unavailability of the product may occur with our suppliers, even after your order has been confirmed. Payment Methods<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the payment of the products you wish to purchase, you may choose among the methods proposed by our company. You first decide which payment method is most suitable for you, then select the corresponding option at the right section of the order request form, and finally enter the details required.<br\/>Please note that our company follows a strict personal data protection policy: all payment details you provide are collected and processed with the highest level of security and diligence, and only with your consent, which is granted through the submission of your order request.<br\/>As far as payments made by credit card are concerned, our company, in cooperation with its partner financial institutions, adopts all necessary security measures to ensure the maximum possible protection of your online transactions.<br\/>The available methods of payment for orders are listed below:     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6a. Bank Deposit<br\/> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this case, the order will be shipped once the exact amount of the order has been confirmed as deposited, or immediately after receiving the deposit slip by e-mail or fax. The delivery time starts from the date the deposit is confirmed or the deposit slip is received. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6b. Payment using a credit (up to 12 INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENTS), debit, or prepaid card via the secure Alpha Bank E-Commerce system. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Credit card payments offer the option of interest-free installments, regardless of the total amount.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through Alpha e-Commerce of ALPHA BANK, the following cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, American Express, and Diners issued by any bank. The Alpha e-Commerce service applies the optimal international standards in e-commerce payments and is fully compatible with the security protocols of the international card payment organizations Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, for secure online card transactions. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Card information (card number, CVV2, expiration date) is transmitted over the Internet in encrypted form (SSL 128-bit encryption) and the online store has no access to it. Systems and procedures used by Alpha Bank prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing data and IT systems.<br\/> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service supports 3D-Secure transactions (entering a secret code when submitting card details by the cardholder, if the issuing bank supports this method).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6c. Cash on Delivery (COD) <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is made in cash upon receipt of your order. Cash on delivery carries an additional charge of \u20ac2.50. COD is available only for orders weighing less than 18 kg.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Order Invoicing<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can choose whether to receive retail receipt or sales invoice as your tax document. Sales invoices are issued to companies and self-employed professionals, as long as the following details are provided when the order is placed: company name, profession, address, VAT number and the assigned tax office.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Withdrawal and Returns Policy<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the user\u2013customer does not receive the order he has placed, he shall be charged both with the shipping costs incurred by the store for sending the products to him, and with the direct cost of returning the products. Any advance payments made are non-refundable, especially in the case of special orders (products that appear in our online store with the status &#8220;Pre-Order&#8221;, which www.zesta.gr does not keep in stock, but procures only after the customer\u2019s request). <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns are accepted only if the products the buyer wishes to return are in the same condition as received, i.e. unopened and with packaging intact, accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice and all related documents. In any case that the user\u2013customer wishes to return products purchased from the online store, he must notify us in writing at the following address: Fragkiadakis I. Athanasios, Machis Kritis 101, 71303, Heraklion, Crete, or via email at <a href=\"mailto:info@zesta.gr\">info@zesta.gr<\/a>, stating the full details (date and number) of the relevant purchase tax document. Please note that the customer should exercise his right to return the product, by sending the request and the product, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Proof of delivery and return dates shall be the courier, postal service, or transport company stamps; in any other case, the date of shipment or receipt of the product from\/to our warehouses shall apply. Provided that the store has given written approval for the return, the address to which products must be returned is: Fragkiadakis I. Order Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the stage of processing of the relevant order, the user\u2013customer will be informed of the available options. Any modification or cancellation of the order shall not be valid without our prior acceptance, and in any case the user\u2013customer shall be liable for any losses and damages resulting from the cancellation of the order. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Warranty<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the product, the terms of the written warranty included with the product\u2019s packaging will apply. The online store does not independently provide a warranty for the proper functioning of the products sold, nor does it guarantee coverage for third-party products that are manufactured and\/or assembled by others and merely resold by the store. For such products, any warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer. <br\/>  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transportation of products for repair and their return is the sole responsibility and expense of the user-customer. Any repair or replacement of a defective product or device is subject to the warranty terms established by the manufacturer, which the customer unreservedly acknowledges and accepts.<br\/> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The online store acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturing company for the repair or replacement of defective products or devices. The manufacturer retains full discretion regarding whether to repair or replace a product or device.<br\/> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warranty period commences on the date the product or device is sold by the store. Any repair performed outside the warranty period is the sole responsibility of the customer. The store provides no guarantee as to the suitability of any product or device for a specific use.<br\/>  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claims regarding defects or the absence of agreed-upon characteristics in the sold items are governed by the provisions of the applicable Civil Code. In order for a characteristic to be considered agreed-upon, it must be explicitly documented in writing and acknowledged by both parties. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Website Content, Use, and Operation<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both the company and the consumer undertake to use and operate the website properly, in good faith, and in accordance with commercial practices and customary conduct.
