1. Bank Deposit

In this case, the order will be shipped once the exact amount of the order has been confirmed as deposited, or immediately after receiving the deposit slip by e-mail or fax. The delivery time starts from the date the deposit is confirmed or the deposit slip is received.

2. Credit Card Payment Payment can be made using a credit (up to 12 INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENTS), debit, or prepaid card via the secure Alpha Bank E-Commerce system.
Credit card payments offer the option of interest-free installments, regardless of the total amount.

Through Alpha e-Commerce of ALPHA BANK, the following cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, American Express, and Diners issued by any bank The Alpha e-Commerce service applies the optimal international standards in e-commerce payments and is fully compatible with the security protocols of the international card payment organizations Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, for secure online card transactions.

Card information (card number, CVV2, expiration date) is transmitted over the Internet in encrypted form (SSL 128-bit encryption) and the online store has no access to it. Systems and procedures used by Alpha Bank prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing data and IT systems.
The service supports 3D-Secure transactions (entering a secret code when submitting card details by the cardholder, if the issuing bank supports this method).

3. Payment via PayPal.

Payments via PayPal are processed according to PayPal’s secure transaction policies.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD).


Payment is made in cash upon receipt of your order. Cash on delivery carries an additional charge of €2.50. COD is available only for orders weighing less than 18 kg.

You can choose whether to receive retail receipt or a sales invoice as your tax document. Sales invoices are issued to companies and self-employed professionals, as long as the following details are provided when the order is placed: company name, profession, address, VAT number and the assigned tax office.
