Delivery Information

Greece:
Delivery of products within Greece is made via ELTA Courier, ACS Courier, or other shipping services, like transport companies*, if so desired by the customer. Shipping charges are:

• Products under the “Free Shipping” offer: €0.00
• Orders up to 3 kg: €3.50
• Orders from 3 to 6 kg: €6.00
• Orders from 6 to 10 kg: €10.00
• Orders from 10 to 15 kg: €14.00
• Orders from 15 to 20 kg: €18.00
• Orders from 20 to 25 kg: €22.00
• Orders from 25 to 30 kg: €25.00
• Each additional kilogram (over 30 kg): €0.75

Cash on Delivery (COD): €2.50 (available for orders under 18 kg)
For orders over 100 kg, shipping costs will be provided upon request (by phone or e-mail).
*Recommended for shipping heavy products.

BOX NOW Locker Pickup: For products that meet the applicable size requirements, customers can choose pickup from a BOX NOW locker. This service is available for deliveries within mainland Greece and the islands of Crete, Evia, Rhodes, Kos, Chios, Lesvos, Corfu, Lefkada, and Zakynthos.

Shipping charges are:

• Products under the “Free Shipping” offer: €0.00
• Parcels with maximum dimensions 60 × 44 × 7 cm: €2.50
• Parcels with maximum dimensions 60 × 44 × 17 cm: €3.50
• Parcels with maximum dimensions 60 × 44 × 35 cm: €5.50

Cyprus:
Delivery of products to Cyprus is usually carried out through EMS & SPM services, ELTA Courier, or other shipping services, like transport companies*, if so desired by the customer, and the charges are as follows:

• Orders up to 2 kg: €19.00
• Orders from 2 to 5 kg: €25.00
• Orders from 5 to 8 kg: €33.00
• Orders from 8 to 10 kg: €40.00
• Orders from 10 to 13 kg: €47.00
• Orders from 13 to 17 kg: €60.00
• Orders from 17 to 20 kg: €70.00
• Orders from 20 to 25 kg: €85.00
• Orders from 25 to 30 kg: €95.00
• Each additional kilogram (over 30 kg): €2.30

The “Free Shipping” offer does not apply to deliveries to Cyprus.
Cash on Delivery payment option does not apply for shipments to Cyprus.
